PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
After university, Paul spent the next 10 years working in progressive sales roles with companies including Dare Foods, Abbott Laboratories and Johnson & Johnson. That success led him to the world of executive search with his previous organization where he spent the next 14 years searching in Ottawa and, later, was promoted to a national leadership role in Toronto. He has been in the search industry since 2006.
Paul joins MacDonald Search Group as our Managing Director of Ontario, Quebec & Atlantic Canada. He will continue a successful practice as well as develop and oversee the growth of our national presence.
